With this medal you are able to retreive items from monsters that would normally not drop items for you. Medal of Retrieval allows items to drop from monsters that are otherwise gray or light blue for a 1 hour duration.

- Item Mall orders cannot be canceled or refunded, so please be careful when redeeming your Points.
- Some Item Mall items can be given and traded to other players and characters, but certain items purchased from the Item Mall cannot be dropped, given, or exchanged once they are retrieved from the Item Mall Storage.
- Purchased items will be automatically sent to your in-game Item Mall Storage which is accessible within the ROSE NA game.
